Reference Check

After the initial consultation and document collection, we reach out to your previous line manager or senior for a reference. This allows us to gather insights that will strengthen your profile and provides potential employers with a clear picture of your work ethic and accomplishments. 

Profile Creation

We craft a polished, compelling profile to present to potential employers, showcasing your experience, skills, and glowing reference.
